  • Image Editing & Retouching
  • Illustration & Vector Artwork

  • Ongoing Design Subscription

Project Acceptance

Submitting an inquiry or contacting HaiderDesign does not guarantee project acceptance.

We reserve the right to decline any project that:

  • Contains offensive, hateful, or illegal content
  • Conflicts with our values
  • Violates applicable laws
  • Infringes on third-party intellectual property

Quotes & Pricing

All quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

Project pricing depends on:

  • Project scope
  • Complexity
  • Timeline
  • Number of revisions
  • Deliverables requested

Prices may change if additional work is requested after the project begins.

Payment Terms

Unless otherwise agreed:

  • Late payments may delay project delivery.
  • A deposit may be required before work begins.
  • Remaining payment is due before final files are delivered.
  • Subscription plans are billed according to the selected billing cycle.

Project Timeline

Estimated delivery dates depend on:

  • Timely client communication
  • Receipt of required materials
  • Scope changes during the project

HaiderDesign is not responsible for delays caused by missing information or delayed client feedback.

Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Respond to revision requests within a reasonable timeframe.
  • Provide accurate project information.
  • Supply required content, logos, images, and brand assets.
  • Ensure they own or have permission to use all provided materials.
  • Review deliverables promptly.

Revisions

The number of revisions depends on the selected service or proposal.

Additional revisions outside the agreed scope may incur extra charges.

Requests that significantly change the original project direction may be treated as a new project.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment:

  • HaiderDesign retains ownership of internal design processes, templates, and methodologies.
  • The client receives ownership of the final approved deliverables, unless otherwise agreed.
  • Preliminary concepts, drafts, unused designs, and working files remain the property of HaiderDesign.

Portfolio Rights

Unless a written confidentiality agreement states otherwise, HaiderDesign reserves the right to display completed work in:

  • Case Studies
  • Portfolio
  • Website
  • Social Media
  • Marketing Materials
  • Design Awards

Confidentiality

Any confidential information shared during a project will be treated with reasonable care and will not be disclosed to third parties without permission, except where required by law.

Third-Party Assets

Clients are responsible for obtaining licenses for:

  • Stock photography
  • Fonts
  • Illustrations
  • Icons
  • Plugins
  • Other third-party resources

unless those items are specifically included in the project proposal.

File Delivery

Final deliverables may include formats such as:

  • AI
  • EPS
  • SVG
  • PDF
  • PNG
  • JPG
  • PSD
  • INDD

depending on the agreed project scope.

Working files are only included if specified in the proposal.

Subscription Services

For ongoing design subscriptions:

  • Services are provided according to the selected plan.
  • Unused design requests do not roll over unless explicitly stated.
  • Either party may cancel according to the agreed notice period.
  • Cancellation does not entitle the client to a refund for completed work.

Refund Policy

Due to the custom nature of graphic design services:

  • Deposits are generally non-refundable once work has started.
  • Refunds are considered only in exceptional circumstances.
  • Completed work is non-refundable.

Limitation of Liability

HaiderDesign is not liable for:

  • Lost profits
  • Business interruption
  • Indirect damages
  • Third-party claims arising from client-supplied content

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific project.

Project Cancellation

Either party may cancel a project.

If cancellation occurs:

  • The client is responsible for payment for all completed work.
  • Any unpaid invoices become immediately due.
  • Work completed prior to cancellation may be delivered upon payment.

Website Use

You agree not to:

  • Attempt unauthorized access to the website.
  • Upload malicious software.
  • Copy or reproduce website content without permission.
  • Use the website for unlawful purposes.

Privacy

Your use of this website is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

Changes to These Terms

HaiderDesign may update these Terms of Service at any time.

Changes become effective once published on this page.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where HaiderDesign operates, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
