Subscription Terms

These Subscription Terms govern the ongoing graphic design subscription services offered by HaiderDesign (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By subscribing to any recurring plan, you agree to the following terms.

1. Subscription Plans

HaiderDesign currently offers the following services:

Project-Based

Starting from $299 USD

Designed for one-time design projects such as:

  • Logo Design
  • Brand Identity
  • Packaging Design
  • Marketing Materials
  • Print Design
  • Product Photo Editing

Each project is quoted individually based on scope and complexity.

Monthly Design Partner

$999 USD per month

This subscription is designed for businesses requiring ongoing graphic design support.

The subscription includes:

  • Unlimited design requests
  • One active request at a time
  • Fast turnaround
  • Branding & marketing design
  • Packaging & e-commerce graphics
  • Priority support

Custom Solutions

Custom pricing is available for:

  • Large-scale projects
  • White-label agency support
  • Multi-brand design systems
  • Enterprise branding
  • Long-term partnerships
  • Dedicated consulting

Pricing is provided after reviewing your project requirements.

2. Unlimited Requests Policy

“Unlimited Design Requests” means you may submit as many design requests as needed during your active subscription.

However:

  • Only one active request is worked on at any given time.
  • New requests are completed in the order they are submitted unless otherwise agreed.
  • Complex projects may be divided into multiple tasks.

3. Active Request Queue

Your subscription includes:

  • One active design task at a time.
  • Once the current request is approved or placed on hold, the next request begins.

This workflow helps ensure consistent quality and predictable turnaround times.

4. Turnaround Time

Most standard design requests are delivered within 1 to 3 business days.

More complex requests, including branding systems, packaging, presentations, or large marketing campaigns, may require additional time.

Turnaround estimates are provided individually when necessary.

6. What’s Not Included

Unless specifically agreed, subscriptions do not include:

  • Website development
  • Mobile app development
  • Copywriting
  • Video production
  • Motion graphics
  • 3D modeling
  • Printing services
  • Website hosting
  • Domain registration
  • Paid stock photography or fonts
  • Third-party software licenses

These services may be available as separate custom projects.

7. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide clear project requirements.
  • Supply necessary content and brand assets.
  • Respond to feedback requests promptly.
  • Review completed work within a reasonable timeframe.

Delays in communication may affect project timelines.

8. Revisions

Reasonable revisions are included during your active subscription.

Requests that significantly change the approved direction or substantially alter the project scope may be treated as new requests.

9. Subscription Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance.

Your subscription begins once payment has been successfully received.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled.

10. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

Cancellation will prevent future renewals but does not provide a refund for the current billing period.

Your subscription remains active until the end of the paid billing cycle.

11. Pausing a Subscription

Subscription pauses are not guaranteed.

Requests to pause a subscription may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

12. Unused Requests

Design requests that are not submitted during your billing period do not roll over to future months unless agreed in writing.

13. Ownership

Upon full payment:

  • You receive ownership of the final approved design files created specifically for your project.
  • Preliminary concepts, unused drafts, internal working files, templates, and design processes remain the property of HaiderDesign unless otherwise agreed.

14. Portfolio Rights

Unless restricted by a written confidentiality agreement, HaiderDesign may display completed work in:

  • Portfolio
  • Website
  • Social media
  • Case studies
  • Marketing materials
  • Award submissions

15. Refunds

Subscription payments are subject to our Refund Policy.

Because design work is customized and begins immediately, subscription fees are generally non-refundable once the billing period has started.

16. Changes to Subscription Plans

HaiderDesign reserves the right to modify:

  • Pricing
  • Features
  • Service offerings
  • Turnaround times
  • Subscription benefits

Changes will not affect your current billing period and will apply only to future renewals.
